Child Safety Standards

Collab Only is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors. This page outlines our standards and practices for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

1. Our Commitment

Collab Only strictly prohibits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual exploitation of minors. This prohibition applies to all users, content, messages, and interactions on our platform.

We are committed to complying with all applicable laws regarding child protection, including the PROTECT Our Children Act, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), and any other applicable local and international regulations.

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on Collab Only:

• Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Grooming behaviors targeting minors
• Solicitation of minors for sexual purposes
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to CSAM or CSAE content
• Using our platform to facilitate offline sexual exploitation of children
• Sexualized depictions of minors, whether real or illustrated

3. Age Requirements

Collab Only requires all users to be at least 13 years of age. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts. If we become aware that a user is under the minimum age requirement, we will promptly terminate their account and remove their data in accordance with applicable law.

Certain features or brand partnership opportunities on our platform may require users to be 18 years of age or older, as disclosed within the app.

4. Detection and Enforcement

We employ a combination of automated systems and human review to detect and remove prohibited content. Our enforcement measures include:

• Automated scanning of content for known CSAM using industry-standard hash-matching technology
• Review of reported content by trained trust and safety personnel
• Immediate removal of violating content upon detection
• Permanent suspension of accounts involved in CSAE violations
• Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities

5. Reporting Violations

We encourage all users to report any content or behavior they believe violates our child safety standards. You can report suspected violations directly within the app using the report function on any profile, message, or piece of content.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

Collab Only will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child exploitation cases. We will preserve and provide evidence as required by valid legal process and proactively report confirmed CSAM discoveries to NCMEC and applicable authorities as required by law.

7. User Responsibilities

All users of Collab Only share responsibility for keeping our platform safe. Users must:

• Comply with our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Report any suspected CSAE content or behavior immediately
• Never share, solicit, or engage with content that exploits or abuses minors
• Provide accurate age information when registering

Violations of these standards will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to law enforcement.

8. Ongoing Commitment

We continually review and improve our child safety practices to stay aligned with industry best practices and evolving regulatory requirements. We are committed to working with child safety organizations, law enforcement, and technology partners to strengthen protections for children on our platform.
